Overview

The Exotic Dancer is responsible for delivering engaging and memorable performances that enhance the overall guest experience at Oasis Cabaret. This role involves performing on stage, interacting with guests, and contributing to the venue’s lively and glamorous ambiance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance, a captivating stage presence, and the ability to entertain and connect with a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

Performance:
Perform a variety of dance routines and styles to entertain and engage the audience. Maintain high energy levels and deliver polished, professional performances.
Stage Presence:
Exude confidence and charisma on stage, using expressive movements and your wardrobe to captivate and entertain guests.
Guest Interaction:
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a memorable experience and addressing any requests or inquiries.
Wardrobe and Makeup:
Prepare and maintain your wardrobe and makeup to ensure a visually stunning presentation. Follow dress code and performance standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other dancers, DJs, and staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable entertainment experience. Participate in rehearsals and team meetings as needed.
Adherence to Policies:
Follow all venue policies and guidelines, including those related to safety, conduct, and performance standards.

Qualifications

Experience:
Previous experience as an exotic dancer or in a related performance role is preferred but not required. Experience with various dance styles is a plus.
Skills:
Strong dance skills, stage presence, and the ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience.
Appearance:
Well-groomed and presentable with a focus on maintaining a professional and polished appearance.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Availability:
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
